The men’s soccer team battled it out with Wabash tonight, taking the game into overtime before grabbing the win.

The Little Giants snagged a goal in the first half, but Franklin answered in the second half with a goal from senior Will Hilgendorf and freshman Antonio Gioe each.

With just under five minutes to go, Wabash retaliated with a final goal to take the game into overtime, where Gioe tallied another goal, sealing the win for the Grizzlies.

Franklin travels this Saturday with the women’s team to take on MacMurray at 4:00 p.m. Kickoff for the women is set for 2:00 p.m.
